...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Kimble

County through 715 PM CDT...

At 611 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Cleo, or near Junction, moving south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is

possible.

Locations impacted include...

Junction, Segovia, South Llano River State Park and Cleo.

This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 446 and 466.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

stations and available television stations for additional information

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until

this storm passes.
