Thirty-six members of the Wilton YMCA gymnastics team traveled to Readfield, Maine, over the weekend of May 12-14 to compete in the 2017 NorthEast Regional Championships.

With almost 1,100 gymnasts from 35 YMCAs in attendance, the three-day event was packed with excitement, fun and team spirit. The Wilton gymnasts brought home multiple all-around trophies, numerous medals, and the priceless experiences that come from competing at the next level.

Nineteen team members now prepare for the next big step — the 2017 national championships in Savannah, Ga., from June 29 to July 2.
