The Wilton Y gymnastics team attended Darien’s Emily Fedorko Challenge invitational meet on March 12-13. One of the aims of the meet was to have gymnasts be conscious of all the good qualities that Emily Fedorko expressed, and through that to work hard and keep smiling.

Two Wilton gymnasts earned scores they will likely smile about for years to come — a perfect 10. Alyssa Smeriglio, Level 3, and Ashley Umhoefer, Level 4, both earned the honor with their bars routines.
