With its third score of 136 or higher in as many meets, the Wilton High gymnastics team will taking some momentum into this Saturday’s FCIAC championships.

In Monday’s meet at home, the Warriors scored 136.3 to defeat a shorthanded Joel Barlow squad that had only two gymnasts.

The score comes off Saturday’s season-best 140.65.

The FCIAC championships take place at Westhill High School at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Greenwich and Trumbull, the state’s two top-ranked teams, are the favorites, with Fairfield Ludlowe (134.26) and Wilton most likely battling it out for third place.
