Scoring the first seven goals of the game, the Ridgefield High boys hockey team rolled to a 9-2 victory over arch-rival Wilton on Saturday afternoon at the Winter Garden.
The Tigers improved their record to 4-2 with the win.
Ridgefield led 3-0 after the first period and 7-0 through two periods. Wilton scored the first two goals of the final period, but the Tigers responded with two goals of their own to end the scoring.
Liam Smith, Brendan Winne and Paul Garlick had two goals apiece for Ridgefield. Matt Keegans and Alex Fugazy also scored goals.
Ned Zawislak and Jameson Hill had power-play goals for Wilton, which fell to 2-4 with its second straight loss.
