After beginning the season with six straight wins, the Wilton High volleyball team suffered its second loss in three days on Wednesday, falling to St. Joseph 3-1 in Trumbull.

Wilton (6-2) will look to get back on track on Friday when the Warriors host Fairfield Warde (6-1) at 5:45.

The Cadets, who improved their record to 5-4, rallied after Wilton had won the first game 25-23, sweeping the final three games by scores of 25-11, 25-13, 25-18.

The Warriors were led by Juliana Musilli with eight kills and six service points, and Sommer Rogg with 10 kills and two digs. Setter Rachel Low finished the match with 22 assists.

For St. Joseph, Elena Ball had nine kills and Meg Robertson had 22 assists.

Wilton was dealt its first loss of the season on Monday, falling to Greenwich at home by the score of 3-0. The Cardinals (6-0) won by scores 25-14, 25-10, 25-22.

Leading the effort for the Warriors were Low (three kills, 12 assists, eight digs), Musilli (five kills eight digs) and Ava Martinelli (10 digs).
