The Wilton High girls lacrosse team jumped out to a 10-3 halftime lead and went on to score a 19-11 win at Glastonbury on Friday.

The Warriors (2-0) were led by Margaret Smith with five goals, and Ellie Armstrong and Rebecca Wistreich with four goals each.

Erika Bonnist tallied two goals and Eva Greco had a goal and four assists.

Other Wilton goals were scored by Julia Bonnist, Julia Skillin and Sydney Brant, with one assist each by Armstrong, Smith, Julia Bonnist, Wistreich and Brant.

Paige Brown made seven saves in goal for the Warriors.

Wistreich led the team with nine draw controls, while Brant and Zoe Lash each had two.

Lash had a team-high three groundballs, with two each by Smith, Julia Bonnist, Wistreich, Emmy Goodwin, Carly Lattimer and Delia Freliech.
