Boys tennis: Wilton improves to 6-0
The Wilton High boys tennis team remained unbeaten with a 5-2 win over Ridgefield on Thursday at home.
The Warriors (6-0) got wins from singles players Nick Condos, Alex Hattenbach (who won in three sets) and Jay Cassone.
Wilton swept both doubles matches in straight sets, with the teams of Jordan Lord and Henry Murphy and Ryan Walsh and Conrad Emerson.
Ridgefield dropped to 2-3.
Wilton was coming off a 4-3 win over Fairfield Ludlowe on Tuesday. The Warriors got wins at second singles from Tim Sullivan and fourth singles from Jay Cassone, who won in three sets. The doubles teams of Lord and Murphy, and Walsh and Emerson, again won in straight sets.
