It was a tough first week for the Wilton High boys swim and dive team, with three meets in four days against top-tier FCIAC teams to open the season.

Coming off the season-opening loss to McMahon/Norwalk, the Warriors (0-3) suffered a 93-83 loss at New Canaan on Wednesday and fell to Greenwich on Thursday at home, 115-55.

Against New Canaan, Jack Lewis continued to be the bright spot for Wilton as he was first in both the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke.

Rory Hess placed second in the 100-yard butterfly and was third in the 200-yard individual medley.

Other third-place finishes were turned in by Kevin Hu (200 freestyle, 100 butterfly), Jackson Dill (100 freestyle) and Matt Schaller (500 freestyle).

In Thursday’s loss to Greenwich, the Warriors got wins from Hess in the 100 butterfly and Lewis in the 100 freestyle.

Wilton also took first in the medley relay with the team of Nate Snyder, Lewis, Hess and Dill
