A big first half led the Greenwich High boys lacrosse team to a 12-10 win over Wilton on Friday in Greenwich.

Both teams are now 2-2 this season.

The Cardinals outscored Wilton 7-1 in the first quarter and 3-0 in the second quarter to build a 10-3 halftime lead. The Warriors scored seven of the nine-second half goals, but their first-half deficit proved too much to overcome.

Brian Calabrese and Kieran McGovern each had three goals for Wilton. Peter Koch added two goals and three assists, while Harrison Bardwell and John Maudsley each contributed one goal.

Michael Sands and Matt Baugher had two goals apiece for Greenwich, which also got two goals and two assists from Will Perry.
