For the first time in a long time, the
Blue Bloods have not dominated the Top 16 of the college basketball world.
Duke and Kentucky looked better in the second half of their respective seasons, but North Carolina missed the NCAA Tournament. That's the first time since 1975 (North Carolina State) that a team missed the tournament after being ranked No. 1 in preseason.
