Trumbull pitcher Colin Keyes held the Wilton High baseball team to two hits as the Golden Eagles recorded a 4-1 victory Thursday in Trumbull.

It was the second defeat in two days for the Warriors (9-5), who had lost to Brien McMahon on Wednesday.

Trumbull scored single runs in the first and second innings and then added two runs in the bottom of the sixth to go ahead, 4-0.

Wilton got its only run, which was unearned, off Keyes in the top of the seventh.

Trevor Blond started for Wilton and pitched five and one-third innings. JT Morin relieved in the bottom of the sixth and got the final two outs of the inning.

Two of Trumbull's runs were unearned.
