Avenging its only loss of the regular season, Norwalk pulled away for a 5-1 victory over Wilton in an FCIAC boys soccer semifinal game Tuesday night in Fairfield.
The top-seeded Bears (16-1-1) will be conference co-champs along with second-seed Ridgefield, which beat Greenwich, 2-0, in another semifinal Tuesday.
Due to a shortened playoff schedule caused by Hurricane Sandy there will be no championship game.
Fourth-seed Wilton (13-4-1) got off to a fast start when David Brown scored in the opening two minutes to give his team a 1-0 lead over Norwalk.
But the Bears responded with two straight goals to take a 2-1 halftime lead and then added three more unanswered goals in the second half.
Nacho Navarro had two goals to lead Norwalk.
