The Wilton High field hockey team notched its sixth straight shutout to open the season, blanking Ridgefield, 5-0, on Monday in Ridgefield.

The Warriors (6-0) got two goals from Joanne Nazareth and single tallies from Valentina Tudisco, Madison Hendry and Megan Cunningham. Tudisco, Cunningham and Caroline Tavena each had an assist.

Lizette Roman-Johnston had two saves in goal for the Warriors, who have outscored the opposition 25-0 this season.

Paige Andrews had five saves for Ridgefield.
