Molly Miller's goal with 2.6 seconds left in the second overtime period gave fifth-seed Danbury a dramatic 8-7 victory over fourth-seed Wilton in an FCIAC girls lacrosse quarterfinal playoff game Friday in Wilton.
Miller had earlier sent the contest into overtime, scoring with six seconds left in regulation to tie the score at 7-7.
Tegan Helms and Laine Parsons each tallied two goals for the Warriors, while Makenna Pearsall, Sara Dickinson and Laura Knapp had one goal apiece.

The Warriors took their first lead at 7-6 on Helms's second goal with just over two minutes to play.

Wilton (12-5) now moves on to the Class M state tournament; the Warriors fell to New Canaan in the finals last year.
It was Danbury's first-ever win over Wilton.
