Ambler Farm will host a lively, fun-filled summer evening of food, dancing and hayrides during its Sunset Hoedown on Saturday, June 11, 6-10 p.m.

Barcelona will provide barbecue hors d’oeuvres, including mini pulled pork sliders, pigs in a blanket, vegetable crudité cups, grilled BBQ chicken bites, grilled cajun shrimp pintxo and herbed goat cheese with wild mushrooms on toasted crostini.

Hors d’oeuvres will be followed by a dinner of BBQ pork ribs, grilled corn on the cob with cherry peppers and lemon, grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce, red bliss potato salad, coleslaw, house-made baked beans and fresh corn bread.

Refreshments will consist of a Sunset Hoedown signature cocktail, as well as beer, wine and nonalcoholic beverages.

Festivities will include square dancing with a professional caller, hayrides under the stars, and conclude with decadent Ambler Farm s’mores.

Tickets are $95 per person for Ambler Farm members and $110 per person for non-members, and advance registration is required.
