St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church at 36 New Canaan Road will hold its annual Outreach Fair on Sunday, Sept. 25, at 11:30.

The fair is a meet-and-greet occasion where people can learn about social service agencies that benefit from the work of the St. Matthew’s Outreach Committee. In addition to providing financial and in-kind support to 20 social service agencies, its outreach committee also offers opportunities for hands-on experiences.

Volunteer opportunities through the church include helping build homes at a Habitat for Humanity site in Stamford and serving lunch at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Bridgeport.

The committee is also seeking six to 10 volunteers to participate in activities, such as coloring and crafts, with 35 residents of ElderHouse in Norwalk on Tuesdays or Fridays, from 11 to noon.
