Girls in ninth through 12th grade are invited to a popular teen program at Trackside starting Monday, Sept. 10. Nancy Diehl, founder and CEO of Live to Love to Live®, will meet with teens once a week to guide them through the process of learning to love, accept, forgive and empower themselves and those around them.

The process is designed to help girls replace feelings of anxiety and hopelessness with hope, joy, and purpose. The free program will meet at Trackside, 15 Station Road, Monday evenings from 7 to 8.

Registration is open at trackside.org. New students are also welcome to join after the Sept. 10 start date. To learn more about the Live to Love to Live® program, visit livetolovetolive.org.
