Historical society presents Objects of Desire
An eclectic mix of pieces for the garden and home will be featured at the Wilton Historical Society’s upcoming Objects of Desire: Style for the Garden and Home show in June.
More than 25 dealers will present mid-century, antique, contemporary, and one-of-a-kind garden accents, fine furniture, found objects, art, and accessories during the two-day show.
Planning is underway for an Objects of Desire Preview Party on Friday, June 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be catered by Barcelona, will feature a sangria bar and will also be an opportunity for early buying. Wilton resident and CTC&G CEO and publications director Marianne Howatson will be the guest of honor. Tickets are $125 per person.
Objects of Desire: Style for the Garden and Home will be open at 224 Danbury Road Saturday and Sunday, June 2 and 3, from 10 to 5. Admission is $10, with proceeds benefiting the historical society.
