Ambler Farm Day organizers are seeking used clothes donations for the event’s Make-Your-Own-Scarecrow activity. The old clothes, which are key to making a successful scarecrow, may be dropped off at the bins outside the White Carriage Barn at Ambler Farm on Hurlbutt Street.
Ambler Farm Day is Sunday, Oct. 4, from noon to 4. It is a popular family event that features the apple slingshot, homemade apple pies, ‘punkin chunkin,’ and more.
