Wilton Candlelight Concerts opens its 69th season on Sunday, Sept. 25, with the Dover String Quartet in a program featuring works by Mozart, Beethoven, and David Ludwig.  The concert will take place at 4 p.m. at the Wilton Congregational Church. A reception with the artists will follow the concert.

The Dover Quartet — violinists Joel Link and Bryan Lee, violist Milena Pajaro-van de Stadt, and cellist Cameron Shaw — will include Wilton as one of more than 120 stops on its 2015-16 tour of the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East.

Formed in 2008 at the Curtis Institute of Music, the quartet established itself after winning the Grand Prize and all three Special Prizes at the 2013 Banff International String Quartet Competition. Last year, the group was won the highly prestigious Cleveland Quartet Award, and Lincoln Center recognized the quartet with the annual Hunt Family Award, as part of the organization's Emerging Artist Awards.

Tickets for the Wilton concert are available at the door for $30; $25 for seniors; students are admitted free.
