DAR meets at Keeler Tavern


The Drum Hill Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution will meet Thursday, April 16, at 11, at Keeler Tavern in Ridgefield for a tour and lunch. Any interested woman who is descended from an ancestor who served the American cause during the Revolution is invited to attend.
The Drum Hill Chapter serves Ridgefield, Wilton, Redding and Weston. This year the DAR is celebrating its 125th anniversary as a vibrant service organization which has promoted historic preservation, education and patriotism since its founding in 1890.
