The Wilton Playshop will hold auditions for Frank Loesser and Abe Burrows’ How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying on Sunday, Feb. 12, and Monday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. Callbacks will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 7. Directed by Skip Ploss with musical direction by Barbara Speare and choreography by Judy Abbatiello, the show will run April 28 to May 13.

A satire of big business and all it holds sacred, the musical made its Broadway debut in 1961. It follows the rise of window washer J. Pierrepont Finch, who, with the help of a how-to book, works his way up the ladder of success. Originally starring Robert Morse as Finch, the play has been revived many times featuring Matthew Broderick, Daniel Radcliffe, and Nick Jonas in the leading role.

The play has won both the Tony Award for Best Musical and a Pulitzer Prize.

The cast includes 10 characters ranging in age from young adult to 60-plus. There is also an 11-member ensemble.
