Allison O’Connell Oliver, daughter of Anne and John Oliver of Wilton, was married to John Paul Miller, son of Janet and William Miller of Simsbury, Conn., on Saturday, March 15, 2014.
A wedding Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Wilton by Father John Duffell of New York City, a friend of the couple. The bride was attended by Kristin Dwyer, maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sally Miller Cave and Megan Murphy Borman, childhood friends of the bride.
The groom’s brothers, Michael Miller and Gregory Miller, were best men, and Matthew Oliver and Sean Oliver, brothers of the bride, were ushers.
The bride graduated from Wilton High School in 1999, Wheaton College of Norton, Mass., in 2003 with a bachelor of arts degree, and College of Mount St. Vincent in 2011 with a bachelor of science in nursing degree. She is a registered nurse at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.
The groom graduated from UConn in 2004 and is about to complete his master’s in business administration degree at New York University. He is the director of business development at Tiger Ratan Capital Management in New York City.
After a reception at the Inn at Longshore in Westport, the couple honeymooned in Costa Rica. They live in New York City.
