Piece of cake

Wilton artist Amy Schott won first place in the mixed media category for ‘Reflections,’ the juried, all-media exhibition at the Rowayton Arts Center, on view through Oct. 27. The juror was Anne von Stuelpnagel, director of exhibitions at the Bruce Museum in Greenwich, who selected 83 works from 168 entries. She said, ‘I was impressed by the creativity and breadth of work RAC members submitted … The theme, Reflections, begs interpretations of the physical, historical and metaphysical and all are well represented in the exhibit.’ The gallery is at 145 Rowayton Avenue; admission is free. Best in Show and first place artwork can be viewed at rowaytonartscenter.org.
