At a gathering of supporters for Deb McFadden’s bid to become Wilton’s first selectman, Connecticut Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman and Attorney General George Jepsen visited her Wilton home earlier this month. Commenting on the need for fiscal responsibility in balancing taxes and economic development, Wyman said, ‘With her leadership experience and incredible energy, Deb is the right person to make things happen in Wilton.’ Similarly supportive, Jepsen viewed McFadden as an ‘outstanding candidate who knows how to get things done.’   He continued, ‘She’ll govern with both a heart as well as discipline.’ Deb McFadden, second right, is joined by her husband Jack, left, Wyman, and the McFaddens’ son, Joey.
