Stay at Home in Wilton thanks volunteers
To the Editors:
On Friday [Dec. 13], Stay at Home in Wilton was pleased to host a dinner to honor our volunteers. Our members were able to directly compliment those volunteers on their commitment to help Wilton seniors stay in their homes. The dinner was held at the Wilton Congregational Church with entertainment by the fabulous Wilton Treblemakers.
We want to thank the many that made this such a festive occasion. Top of the thanks list is our dedicated executive coordinator, Janet Johnson, aided by our membership consultant, Debbie McClelland, with excellent food prepared by Jim Turnbull, and the full support of Max Gill, church sexton, and Pam Brown, church facilities manager. We very much appreciated the use of the Wilton Congregational Parish Hall and the excellent performance by the Wilton Treblemakers led by Mary Bozzuti Higgins.
We want to take this opportunity to wish all Wilton seniors and all volunteers Happy Holidays and the best in the New Year.
