To the Editors:
Congratulations to the Wilton High School women’s basketball team state champions. Miss Cunningham had a stellar game and the whole team had a super season. The state championship puts that banner in the field house. Coach Porco molded the team, doing an outstanding job.
When I first came to the Wilton schools, it was farm land, not playing fields. I am very proud to have been athletic director for those many years, and proud of the athletes that have come out of Wilton schools.
Once again, great job by all.
