To the Editors:
By the time this is printed we will know how many Wilton voters turned up at the Annual Town Meeting. My hope is that the parents of Wilton children will turn out in force for the budget vote. There is a small but vocal rump group representing a minority of Wilton voters who may oppose the budget. This group tried unsuccessfully to disenfranchise those of us who voted for the Miller-Driscoll bond issue by asking for a revote.
Don’t let others speak for you by not voting, this is critical for your children’s education. If you did not vote on Tuesday evening please vote on Saturday at the Wilton High School Clune Center.
