Letter: Go Green Festival had many supporters

To the Editors:

The Sixth Wilton Go Green Festival opened on Sunday, May 1, at 11 a.m. by First Selectman Lynne Vanderslice and the Silk’n Sounds all female a capella group.

In spite of intermittent sprinkles, the festival exhibitors and visitors enjoyed the day including the May Day 5K, the dog parade, the Westport Electric Car Rally, live music and a generous variety of green exhibitors.
