To the Editors:
On April 2, the Wilton Woman’s Club hosted our eighth annual Fashion for FUNdraising event to benefit three local nonprofit groups who help Wilton families when they are in need: Circle of Care, Person-to-Person, and the Child Guidance Center of Mid-Fairfield County. Thanks to so many people, we were able to raise $21,000 that day to distribute to these beneficiaries!
We are so appreciative and would like to take the time now to thank, first, everyone who attended and made it into such a fun event! Second, our Silver Sponsor, Patriot National Bank, and our Bronze Sponsor, M&M Constructions. Third, Lord & Taylor in Stamford, who provided all the fashions. Fourth, all the great local businesses who donated to our silent auction! To see all of them, please visit us at wiltonwomansclub.org. Next, to Ema Whittaker Photography for all the excellent work Ema did before, during and after the show to document this event. Finally, a huge thank-you to all the club members who worked so hard, from the silent auction to the models, to all the other committees involved. There is no way this would have turned out so wonderfully without all of your hard work. Thank you!
We look forward to seeing everyone in Wilton next year at our club’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. Like us on Facebook to keep up to date on what’s going on with the WWC. Happy Spring!
