Letter: Encore Club funds help families meet basic needs

To the Editors:

The Encore Club of Wilton wishes to express sincere thanks to the merchants who so generously donated to our annual fund-raiser held Oct. 20 at Shore and Country Club.  Proceeds will go to Wilton Social Services and the Wilton Senior Center to help Wilton families meet basic needs such as housing, fuel, food and transportation.   

A big thank you to Wilton merchants who supported our fund-raiser: Alpha Cleaners, A Nu You Inc, Blue Star Bazaar, Bow Tie Wilton Cinema 4, Cactus Rose, Campus Jewelers, Caraluzzi’s, Coco Nails, Cook’s Nook, CT Coffee and Grill, Good Morning Nails, Happy Hands Art and Pottery, Marly’s, Nod Hill Soap, Open House, Orem’s Diner, Portofino’s, Reality Seven Inc, Ring’s End, Rockwell Gallery, Signature Style, Snappy Gator, Stop & Shop, Sun Spa & Nails, Village Market, Wilton Cleaners & Tailors, Wilton Jewelers,  Wilton True Value Hardware, and Lee Schlesinger DWS of Illinois.
