To the Editors:

Let’s put ads at the stadium suggests one of our selectmen. The money might be used to offset stadium refurbishment or for other uses in town.

Once again, we fail to live within our means. No need to ask how to control our spending. Let’s continue to frivolously spend on schools since there may be some other school in the county, state, or nation that has something our little darlings do not have. No need to ask, “Can we afford it?” We can always raise taxes to pander to Board of Education and the shouting school lobby.

Let’s watch our house values drop as potential residents go elsewhere because of high taxes. Even our past school superintendent has decided to sell up and leave town.
