Rev. Samuel Allinder, 90, of Wilton, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2013.

He was born Feb. 4, 1923, in Oakdale, Pa., a son of the late Samuel Warren and Hilma Josephine (Regis) Allinder.

Rev. Allinder was a retired minister in the Episcopal Church and attended the Episcopal Seminary in Kentucky. He was a WWII Navy veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Rosemary (Musico) Allinder of Connecticut; daughters, Jan (Robert) Anestis of Florida and Patty (Sam) Brick of West Virginia; grandchildren, Matthew (Gillian) Anestis, Mark (Stephanie) Anestis, Michael (Joye) Anestis and William Brick; four great-grandchildren; brother, Wilmer Allinder and sister, Irma R. Butler.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Brick, one sister and three brothers.

Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 5000 Noblestown Road, Oakdale, Pa. (724-693-2800) where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
