Nickia Muraskin, left, and Simran Singh, both of Wilton, are members of the Philharmonia Orchestral Winds, part of the Norwalk Youth Symphony. They will participate in the symphony’s fall concert on Nov. 24, 3 p.m., at the Norwalk Concert Hall, 125 East Avenue. The repertoire will include: Brahms Symphony No. 1, Holst “Mars” from The Planets, Grieg Peer Gynt Suite #1, Beethoven Turkish March, Haydn/Dackow Symphony No. 25, Mozart The Abduction from Seraglio, Offenbach Orpheus in the Under World. The Norwalk Youth Symphony is comprised of approximately 225 students in grades 4 through 12 from 25 towns throughout Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield and Westchester counties. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors and students and are available at the door before the concert.
