The Parent Advisory Board of Wilton Public Schools is hosting a seminar on transition services at the Wilton Public Library on Friday, Nov. 8, from 10 to noon. Transition is the process of preparing a child for the move from secondary, or high school education, to higher education, employment and independent living.

The seminar will provide valuable information to children receiving special education services and their families.

Speaker Bill Bannish is an educational consultant specializing in transition services at the State Education Resource Center.
