Greek Festival


The sixth grade red team at Middlebrook School demonstrated humor, improvisation and dramatic presence during its annual Greek Festival on Feb. 26. Dressed in Grecian attire, the students acted out four stories and nine fables that had the audience laughing, crying and begging for more, according to the school’s student-run newspaper, The Middlebrook Times. The plays included Agamemnon, Two Travelers and a Purse,Pandora’s Box, Wolves and Sheep, Lion and the Mouse, Echo and Narcissus, Mercury and the Workers, Tortoise and the Hare, and King Midas and the Golden Touch.
