Feb. 8 — With as many as 12 inches of snow forecast for this area, schools in Wilton will be closed on Thursday, Feb. 9. Wilton Public Schools will be on a two-hour delay Friday, Feb. 10.

All activities, including the Board of Education meeting, are canceled.

Wilton Library will also be closed.

All non-emergency town offices are closed   This includes Parks and Recreation and the Transfer Station.

According to its snow policy, all Wilton YMCA program classes before noon (including classes held at the gymnastics center), nursery school, the After-school Program and Child Watch are canceled. All group fitness classes before 11 a.m. are canceled. Babysitting will be canceled unless staff can get in. A decision on afternoon classes will be made by noon.
