Monday storm: What's OPEN, closed, canceled and delayed?

Due to the impending snowstorm, Gov. Dannell Malloy announced the state emergency operations center will open at 4 a.m. and all non-essential employees have been told to report at 10 a.m.

Here's what is open:

Wilton town offices (as of 11:30 am)

Webster Bank in Wilton Center open at 10 a.m.

Metro-North is running on a normal weekday schedule but advises riders be prepared for delays:

• New Haven line has good service.

• Danbury branch line is experiencing delays to 30 to 40 minutes, as of 7 a.m

• Update: 9:20 a.m.Danbury branch service is operating on or close to schedule.

Department of Motor Vehicles has canceled all road tests today and all administrative hearings for this morning have been canceled. Afternoon hearings will start with those at 1 p.m.

Caraluzzi's Georgetown Market is open.

Village Market is open.

Super Stop & Shop is open.

CVS is open.

Wilton Public Schools are closed today.

Wilton Family Y will not open before 2 p.m. The Y recommends checking before heading in to make sure opening is not further delayed.

Wilton Library is closed today.

Wilton Senior Center has canceled all activities for today.

Wilton Jewelers is closed.

Wilton Historical Society is closed.
