Galaxy tablet missing A homeowner on Musket Ridge Road reported that a Samsung Galaxy tablet computer was missing from inside her home when she arrived home Nov. 29 at 4:45 p.m.She reported finding her home lights on and the door from the garage to the house open. There were no signs of forced entry.Police are investigating. Similar burglaries reported A case of third-degree burglary was reported Nov. 29 at 6:46 p.m. by the owner of a home on Fenwood Lane. Several items were taken. It was similar in circumstances to another burglary the same day on Cardinal Lane, police said, and they are looking into a possible connection.A neighbor reported seeing the garage door open between 2 and 3 p.m., which led police to believe the burglary occurred during that time.Anyone with information is asked to call 203-834-6260. DUI A 55-year-old Ansonia man was charged with DUI, driving under suspension, failure to have insurance, and failure to drive in the right lane Dec. 4 at 12:26 a.m. in the Danbury Road commuter lot.Officers responded to a call for erratic operation. The complainant followed the car to the commuter lot and alerted police. Officers arrived on the scene and found the operator slumped over the center console, asleep. The vehicle had heavy front-end\u00a0damage for reasons unknown since there were no accidents reported. The driver refused to complete the breath test and field sobriety test.Jerrold Skakacz, of 215 Pershing Drive, was held on $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 5. The Wilton Police Department got no calls for domestic disturbances during the week of Nov. 29 to Dec. 5.
