Update: Police contact counterfeiting suspect

UPDATE: Saturday, July 18, 10 a.m. — Wilton police say they have contacted the person suspected of attmpting to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a local CVS. A message on The Bulletin's Facebook page said the young man in question was a student at Wilton High School, but this has not been confirmed.
Friday, July 17, 2:25 p.m. —Wilton police are searching for a white male suspected of passing counterfeit money.
According to police, the man in this photo attempted to cash a $100 bill at a local CVS. The cashier did not accept the bill but took possession of it. The bill was marked “For Motion Picture Use Only” in the upper right corner of the bill.
Similar bills have been cashed at other local businesses, police said.
Wilton police are seeking any information about the man in this photo. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer  Eric Patenaude of the Wilton Police Department at 203-834-6260 in reference to case 15-6255.
