New York man accused of risk of injury to a minor
A Floral Park, N.Y., man was arrested Aug. 12 on a warrant stemming from an incident thaat occurred on June 16 at a Wilton residence.
Police charged Vincent Waldron with risk of injury to a minor, public indecency, and disorderly conduct.
On June 16, a 15-year-old female reported waking up in the morning at a Wilton residence to “having her ear licked by the accused.” A short time later, police say, she witnessed Mr. Waldron exposing his genitalia, and “touching himself in a sexual manner.”
The accused is a distant relative of the victim. The incident took place the morning after a family party during which a number of residents slept on couches and chairs in the “great room” of the residence, including both the victim and the accused.
Mr. Waldron claims he was intoxicated at the time of the incident, and has no recollection of the events.
He was not able to post $2,500 bond, and was transported to Norwalk Superior Court on Monday, July 12.
