Wilton Continuing Education will offer a new interactive course on Monday, Dec. 12, called Personal Cyber Security, where people can learn how to protect their personal data, as well as best cyber security practices and dangers to avoid.
The class, led by Ridgefield resident Pam Barnet, will take place in Room 6 of Wilton High School, from 7 to 9 p.m.
Barnet is vice president of BarnetAssociates LLC, a Ridgefield- based consulting company that specializes in business process improvement, training and education through advances in information technology and the valuation of equity securities for high-technology companies.
There is a $20 fee for residents and $30 fee for non-residents.
