  • The 11th Reading Rocks Read-athon officially began on Friday, Jan. 28, with a Dress Like A Rockstar Day at the Miller Driscoll, and the Cider Mill elementary schools in Wilton. Wednesday, Feb. 2, is World Read Aloud Day, with a recording being shared of two authors reading their books aloud, and The Middlebrook “Rockestra” also recording, and sharing a rock piece that they are working on, to be viewed by Miller Driscoll, and Cider Mill students, with a photo of a previous Reading Rocks Read-athon shown in a recent year.

  • The St. Luke's School’s in New Canaan’s 2021-22 Lunch & Lead series, which is a speaker series that gives students visibility, and access to accomplished leaders from varied disciplines, recently began with a strong start with a presentation from Patricia Chadwick, who is a parent of graduates from the school’s Class of 2012. Chadwick with student-leader of the Feminism Club at the school, Cessa Lewis Class of 2023, is shown.

    Among Us Live at Trackside Teen Center in Wilton
    The Wilton Children's Theater has found creative ways to perform, and work together throughout the coronavirus pandemic, such as outside at the Trackside Teen Center in Wilton. The next movie night at the center is Saturday, May 8, from 7 to 9 p.m., with “May The 8th Be With You! Star Wars” Movie Night. A place for middle school, and high school students in the town to go, recently had the event February 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. By Staff
