Science and engineering judges wanted

More than 300 high school students from a dozen schools in southwestern Connecticut will be participating in the 14th Annual Southern Connecticut Science & Engineering Fair Saturday, Feb.  8,  at Newtown High School.

Judges are needed who have a background in life, physical or social sciences, mathematics or engineering. Anyone interested should contact Fran Lichtenberg, Chair of Judges, Judges@snet.net.

Judges need to arrive by 8 a.m. and will be finished by 1. They are welcome to stay for the awards ceremony and keynote speaker, David Pogue, journalist, author and Emmy award-winning TV host.
