Electric and water customers: SNEW Link is new customer Web portal

Customers of South Norwalk Electric and Water (SNEW) may now take advantage of a new Web portal, SNEW Link.
“SNEW Link is our new, online tool that’s available to all of SNEW’s electric and water customers. This exciting new tool will, for the first time, allow customers to view their electricity and water consumption, while managing their accounts online,” said Kevin Barber, SNEW’s director of customer service & administration. “This new tool is in response to the growing desire of customers for online access to billing and account information. The launch of SNEW Link provides customers with the ability to pay their utility bills with a credit/debit card or electronic check.”
SNEW Link will allow customers access to their historical account data, including electricity and water consumption, as well as transaction history. The system includes a special feature called, Customer Connect, which not only enables customers to view and understand their energy usage, but will provide recommendations on ways to conserve energy that are customized to individual accounts.
Also, in conjunction with the Web portal launch, SNEW has begun accepting credit cards and e-check payments over the phone.
SNEW Link is available immediately by going to the login page at my.snew.org and click login. New users will have to register to utilize all of the tools available in SNEW Link.
To make a payment by phone, customers can call 203-866-3366 and select option 6. Currently, only credit card and e-check payments are accepted online and over the phone.
