New offerings Representatives from the Wilton Chamber of Commerce and town officials joined in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Café Ruche, Wilton’s newest restaurant, at 101 Old Ridgefield Road. In addition to its breakfast and lunch menus and full-service coffee bar, the café began this month serving dinner on Fridays and Saturdays as well as wine, beer and craft cocktails.
