Anderson Kill announced that Christopher Armstrong of Wilton, a transactional tax attorney, has joined the firm as a shareholder in the New York office. He comes to Anderson Kill after 11 years with DLA Piper.

Armstrong concentrates his practice on the federal and state tax aspects of business transactions, representing domestic equity investors, real estate developers, property owners, REITS, publicly traded companies and closely held businesses and their owners in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and partnership tax planning, and real estate tax planning, as well as business and estate planning.

Armstrong holds a J.D. cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
