The end of the month will bring rain, wind and cooler temperatures, according to the National Weather Service. Sunday will kick off what promises to be a rainy week, with a 90 percent chance of precipitation in the evening and early morning rain Monday morning. The weather service also predicts some thunderstorms after 2 p.m. and rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch. There will be intermittent showers all Monday night and Tuesday this week, the weather service predicts. Rain could continue until a sunny Thursday, with highs of 58 degrees. But the end of the week could bring a return of the rain, with precipation 40 percent likely on Friday. Temperatures will also stay cool this week, hovering in the high 40s and 50s, the weather service said.
