Parents and others interested in setting up a special needs trust are invited to a free presentation on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 9 to 11 a.m., at Woodway Country Club, 540 Hoyt Street, Darien. The event is hosted by STAR, Inc., Lighting the Way. A continental breakfast will be served.

Marianne Cirillo and Michele Gartland, attorneys with Rucci Law Group, will offer information and lead an informal discussion. They will present the fundamental tools necessary to establish a special needs trust and help family members understand the concepts and essential strategies critical in developing a personal plan.

Cirillo is an experienced lawyer in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate law. She is known for letting clients set the pace for what can often be very emotionally difficult situations, particularly regarding estate planning or administration of estates.

Gartland practices in the areas of trusts and estates, corporate law, and nonprofit, and provides expertise in a wide range of estate planning instruments, pre-nuptial agreements, and corporate documents. To learn more about these attorneys and the Rucci Law Group, visit ruccilawgroup.com.
